Content ranking review

Following the Octostar's documentation content, here is a preliminary preliminary classification of the contents according to parameters "confidential" (C) and "non-confidential" (NC).

Confidential means content won't be publicly available and "not confidential" means content will be published on Octostar's public wiki (tbd).
