Logging In & First Access

Sign in to Octostar​

To access Octostar, open your organization’s Octostar URL and sign in with your credentials. After signing in, the platform loads the workspaces you have permission to access.

Sign-in steps​

1.Open the sign-in page Use your organization’s Octostar URL to open the Octostar sign-in page. 2.Enter your credentials Enter your username (or email) and password, then select Sign in. 3.Complete the initial setup (first sign-in only) When signing in for the first time, Octostar may prompt you to:

    • accept required notices
  • set a new password
  • configure multi-factor authentication (if enabled) 4.Open a workspace After signing in, Octostar loads the workspaces you can access. If no workspace opens automatically:
    • select + Open workspace
  • choose a workspace from the list.

Troubleshooting​

If you cannot find the expected workspace You may not have permission to access it. Contact a workspace administrator to request Read, Write, or Admin access depending on your needs.
